Today we had Naomi out for a fluke & bluefish charter for her 9th birthday. She was joined by her dad Vince and Grandparents Diana and Dean.

We were able to get out into the ocean and set up our drifts between 35 and 60 feet of water starting at the castle and west to the cheese house.

Plenty of life as we released 10 or so short fluke to 19 inches as well as sea robins, which Naomi re-named "Robin Fish".

Around 2:30 PM , Naomi got her first Blue Fish. A 7 Pound brute that she fought with skill and confidence as it jumped and peeled line from the pole. Her Dad Vince expertly got the fish to the net.  Way to Go Naomi and Happy Birthday!
